At Bujairami Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Ensure your perfume remains sealed in its original cellophane wrap and has not been sprayed to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number and the correct return address.

  Package Your Fragrance

  Securely pack the item in its original shipping box with protective padding to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your parcel back via a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
